We realize that you may have many questions about building a new home.  So here at Kelly Builders have comprised a list of answers to the most common questions we are asked.

What if I want to build a home and do not own land?

Kelly Builders has numerous lots and land available to build on in many different areas.  We can always help find land in a particular area if necessary.

Do you finance?

No, but we do work closely with many of the local banks and lenders and would be happy to recommend one to you.

What if I have been approved to purchase a house, but cannot get a construction loan to build a house?

No problem, we can build a house without a construction loan.

Can you build from my plans or do we have to use yours?

We build many custom homes both from our plans and our customers.
